15. Maintaining Communication

15.1  Communication should be maintained with all parties throughout the life of the case. The complainant should be contacted regularly (at least fortnightly) on a timescale agreed with them.

15.2  The format of communication should be in a format they prefer (telephone, letter, email, in person). The agreed communication type and frequency should be recorded against the ASB case.
