We would like your feedback on whether the sections on Our responsibilities and Your Responsibilities are clear enough, that they focus on the right things and if there is anything you feel we have missed that is important to you.

- This is how and when we expect you to talk with us and how you treat your home and our staff.
- This offers ways you can challenge and ask questions about our performance and service delivery.
