Thank you to everyone who gave feedback on whether they were happy for the landlords called CH1 (used to be South Shropsihre HA) and CH3 (used to be Meres and Mosses HA) to be consolidated into one landlord s along with CH2 (used to be Hererfordshire Housing) and named Connexus Housing Limited.
Your views and suggestions
The majority of customers were positive about the proposed changes.
One recurring theme was that the letter was not easy to follow, so you want us to be clearer when we communicate with you
Outcomes
Following the positive consultation, we are looking to complete the transfer by the 1st April.
Once the transfer has been completed, we will notify tenants.
